Keep up to date with industry trends, market challenges and new tools that will be used to support great candidate experience.
WE EXPECT THAT YOU:
A genuine passion for resourcing;
Proven ability to develop successful working relationships and possess communication skills to influence, guide and advise;
Direct sourcing experience, passive candidate indentification/attraction, using Linkedin Recruiter and various social media platforms;
A drive to meet targets, in particular time and cost to hire to the business;
Excellent English language skills both oral and written (Mandarin, Japanese and Korean languages are preferred).
